| There were actually two Goldfield Theatres
in South Baltimore, just blocks from each other. Goldfield Theatre on
South Sharp Street was one of the two, opening as the Argonne Theatre.
The other Goldfield Theatre was located at 913 Warner Street,
just two blocks south. Both theatres were torn down years ago, and are now
a part of the new Ravens Stadium . The 900 block of South Sharp Street runs
just about where the photo has shown to the right, where I-395 exits toward
Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, and is now a parking lot for the football stadium.
