The Arcade opened in the late 1920's, and closed in the late 1970's, seating between just under 900 to 1,000 perople. The building is currently used as a church after being used for years as a warehouse of sorts.

Individual bulbs not only spelled out ARCADE on the marquee, but it was outlined in neon. The front neon of the Arcade Theater changed over the years, but was always eye catching until the old marquee finally came down in 2002. |
